Before continuing to the notes, I’d like to point out something important.
I’ve got much of the information I share from my own experience and reflection; from books, Internet, studying on my own and different courses and workshops. That information may be imprecise due to various reasons, if something I wrote doesn’t feel right to you, don’t hesitate and go look for your truth.
Today more than never we must do science by questioning all the information that comes to us from different sources, specially that from the so called experts from mass media. Look for references to original scientific articles when you see the expressions “a recent study” or “scientist discovered”.
Every one of us is an expert in our own life!
